The AFDCS Logo (the "Logo") is for use exclusively by current AFDCS Chapters and members in good standing. The Logo may be used to publicize the Chapter's or member's membership in the AFDCS. Please review the Terms and Conditions below before downloading or using the Logo.

Terms and Conditions

Each AFDCS Chapter and member agrees to the following Terms and Conditions for any use of the AFDCS Society Logo:

► The Logo may not be used by non-members, including former Chapters or former members whose membership has lapsed due to nonpayment of dues or otherwise.

► The Logo may be used to identify your membership in the AFDCS on websites, cards, signage, brochures, and other publicity or display materials.

► You may use the Logo to link to the AFDCS website – www.afdcs.org. You may not use the Logo to link to any pages on your own website or to any other website.

► The Logo must be used in its entirety and may not be cropped, altered or changed in any way, except with the express prior written consent of the AFDCS.

► The Logo may be printed in black ink or in its original colors. Changing the color scheme of the logo is not permitted, except with the express prior written consent of the AFDCS.

► The Logo may not be used to: (a) indicate any kind of endorsement by the AFDCS of a company's product or service; or (b) indicate that the AFDCS has conferred "official" status on any product or service or that the AFDCS is otherwise associated with the any product or service; or (c) to show any kind of relationship with the AFDCS other than those expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

► The Logo may not be used on your legal documents, such as sales contracts or purchase orders, or on disclosure documents that are provided to potential or actual clients or purchasers of a member's products or services.

► The Logo may not be used in connection with any disparaging statements about the AFDCS or its products or services, or statements that otherwise reflect poorly on the AFDCS.

► The Logo may not be used on any website that is in violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

► The AFDCS reserves the right to disallow any use of the Logo.

► Any unauthorized use of the Logo will be handled appropriately, including through the issuance of warnings, suspension or expulsion from the AFDCS, or legal action, as appropriate.
