The 2012 AFDCS Youth Scholarship Fund first day cover is now available. The cover features a hand-painted Year of the Dragon cachet by Mary Kay Fisher. Covers are available with a standard four-bar handstamp or a digital color postmark.
Covers are available for $20 each, with the proceeds going to the Youth Scholarship Fund. The Youth Scholarship Fund provides a free membership for a year to a youth member or club. Covers for 2012 and some prior years may be ordered online by clicking here.
