Dr. James Hering of Ohio received the Claude C. Ries Chapter Grand Award at Americover 2019 for his exhibit The Two Cent Hardings. The Harding exhibit started out a number of years ago as a single frame and has continually expanded and improved. As the Americover Grand, the exhibit becomes eligible for the Champion of Champions competition at the APS Stampshow-Americover-NTSS 2020 in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Richard B. Thompson Reserve Grand Award went to Charles J. O'Brien III of Georgia for Sesquicentennial Exposition Commemorative Issue of 1926. O’Brien is regular winner of top exhibit awards at Americover.

For the second consecutive year, the Curtis B. Patterson Best in Show Single Frame Award and a Large Vermeil went to Ronald J. Klimley of Florida for Hand-Crafted FDCs of the Sandy Hook Lighthouse Stamp.
